He serves as outside general counsel on all business legal matters, including: corporate/ business entity formation and maintenance, investments, transactions, acquisitions, contracts, intellectual property, employment, privacy, technology, and entertainment law. He advises clients in various industries, including: technology, media, entertainment, food/beverage, and consumer brands, among others. He enjoys working with organizations on the cutting edge of innovation and emerging technologies (e.g., ai, machine learning, blockchain, nfts, etc.).
